CALLS TODAY not updating in real time screen

Hi,

CALL TODAY not updating on vicidial real time screen.
DIAL LEVEL: 1 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2012-10-20 21:54:27
DIALABLE LEADS: 0 CALLS TODAY: 251 AVG AGENTS: 0 DIAL METHOD: INBOUND_MAN
HOPPER LEVEL: 3 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 42 / 210 DL DIFF: 0 STATUSES: NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 0 DROPPED PERCENT: 20.00% DIFF: 0.00% ORDER: DOWN

In Inbound reports , it showing total calls taken 2400 But in real time screen it stuck on 251. I am facing this issues since last 3 days.
I have checked vicidial_campaign_stats table and seen it's also not updating.
Please help how to resolve this issues.

My details are below:-
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015
Asterisk version :- Asterisk 1.4.39.2-vici
5.1.57-log SUSE MySQL RPM

and we have repaired and optimized database two times.
Although, It is not updating ..

all screens are running , mysql reapired properly.

also check you cron jobs are running. , check the logs for any errors.

Hi,

Server scenario is clustering of two servers.
one asterisk server and another one is database server.

I have repair and optimized database by myisamchk and repair by both method.

In asterisk server screen details are:-

There are screens on:
3192.ASTfastlog (Detached)
3088.asterisk (Detached)
3184.ASTVDauto (Detached)
3175.ASTupdate (Detached)
3187.ASTVDremote (Detached)
3181.ASTlisten (Detached)
3178.ASTsend (Detached)
3083.astshell20121023043344 (Detached)
8 Sockets in /var/run/screens/S-root.
If any screen missing, please tell me and how we can start this
I have checked cron job compare with another server which are working fine and then found same crontab settings.

Previously, This server was also showing accurate number and updating smoothly.
This problem is occurring since 4 to 5 days.

Problem has been solved
This problem was due to wrong data entry in vicidial_log because of which AST_VDadapt.pl file was not running successfully and also ASTVDadapt screen was not running properly.

Now all these things are running properly and real time screen are updating successfully .

he did not have his keepalive in /etc/astguiclient.conf set to to have "adapt" as a keepalive script. so the script that stored that data was not running. check your keepalive options in astguiclient.conf

also:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

if that fixed your system, check to be sure your hd is not full (unless you have had a power outage or some other event that may have caused it ...).
