How many VICIDIAL trunks is your server set to?
the SHORT number is the number that the dialer wants to dial but cannot because it is more than the number of Maximum trunks set in the server record.

Hi,
right now we are dialing with two campaigns. In one it is showing tunk shot 0/0 and inanther it is 500/0.We are in a manual dialing now.
I'm not able to fgure out what could be the problem.I've tried to change the provider but still now change.
regards

If you are manual dialing, then your SHORT shouldn't be anything. Although if you did run as non-Manual and then it could not dial out, then you switched to MANUAL again, the SHORT number could have stuck. But for manual dialing you can ignore the SHORT/FILL numbers.

What about the statuses of those numbers that cannot be dialed?

There are no statuses, they aren't dialed, the dialer will only dial the concurrent number of calls that are equal to or less than the max_vicidial_trunks variable as set in the servers table.
