Need help on Remote Agents

Hi, first off I would like to give my praise on what a great jobs you guys are doing with the program.

My problem is that I am running the political survey and wanted the push 1 to be transfered to a remote agent on a certain telephone number at their home. How would i go about doing this.

Have you read the VICIDIAL MANAGER MANUAL?

That's the best place to start, after that to have a customized message you will have to make a couple very small changes to the agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi script as well as recording a message for it to play.

I read the managers manual and followed instructions in it already. Did i also have to add anything in the extensions.conf file? When it starts dialing out I hear the message fine but when I press 1 to be transfered it just tells me to wait. And 10 seconds later it hangs up and I didnt hear a ring on the external phone.

Nevermind found out that i had to put number in extensions.conf.
