Done Status in closer report

when we run CLOSER REPORT it shows few calls as 'DONE' Status for few calls. We don't know what this status is for as we have not added this status anywhere.

Can anyone help us with this status.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) I have never heard of a status called "DONE" appearing magically. Are you sure someone did not add it to the system statuses or to a campaign status? Search for a lead with this status and check its history to find which campaign(s) it has been in and see if you can trace its origins.

Centos 5.4 | Vicidial 2.0.4 Build 90320-0424 | Asterisk 1.4.21.2-vic | Single Server | Digium TE122 Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz



We never added DONE status in system. As per your above suggestion we tried to search and found that this status is coming from vicidial_closer_log after digging it more found that in vdc_db_query.php below line update the status in this table but don't able to found reason for hat it's updating table. Appreciate if you help us to found the reason why it's updating the data.

That status exists as a placeholder for what the status of the call is between when the customer hangs up and the agent selects a disposition. If the agent does not select a disposition and instead closes their browser then the status of DONE stays.

Is that a recent change from ERI? I thought I remembered that a browser close resulted in an error status.

It was done quite a while ago, and it is different from how ERI works, that is triggered when the agent logs back in and does not effect the logs.

I must have strange clients then, because I've never seen a lead with the status of DONE. LOL 8-)
