multiple lists

Hi ,

How to include multiple lists within a campaign. Lets say I've created 5 lists with list id 201 202 203 204 205.How I'll include them in one campaign and can control which list w'd be dialed at specific time.

Another thing is after dialing all the leads in a campaign, few numbers are going to disposions like voice mail or no answer etc.Is there any way to recycle those leads for next use??

All you have to do to assign multiple lists to a single campaign is to assign each list to that campaign in the list modification page. That is also where you mark each list as active or not when you want to be calling that list.

As for lead recycling by status, use the lead recycling feature at the bottom of the campaign detail screen.
