hello Evry body
I created a new Carrier as follows:

Account for Entry:
[mylogin]
disallow = all
allow = g729
allow = gsm
allow = ulaw
type = peer ************* I do not know the diference between friend and peer *******
My secret = PW
My login username =
host = 46.18.211.5
dtmfmode = rfc2833
context = trunkinbound
qualify = yes
insecure = very
nat = yes

Dialpan for Entry:
exten => _9X, 1, AGI (agi :/ / 127.0.0.1:4577 / call_log)
exten => _9X, 2, Dial (SIP / $ {EXTEN: 1} @ 46.18.211.5,, tTo)
exten => _9X, 3, Hangup

I then configure eyeBeam.
after that I connect with an agent, its rings, and I hang at Eyebeam and I eventually costing a msg that says I'm the only one in the conference.
  my greatest concern is to make an outgoing call and incoming. when I dial, I get a msg: "it's not available extention"
pleese help .... :(

its because "_9X" should probably be "_9X." (notice the dot at the end) change that on all 3 lines in the dialplan
and dont hijack other peoples threads, create a new instead

bbakirtas: oh, there is certainly your problem, you don't want to use "_XX." because that will match almost everything and will mess up the inner workings of the vicidial system.
use "_9X." if your not sure what to write there,
and set "Dial Prefix:" (in campaign detail settings) to "9"

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

all you need for that is to upgrade to the latest version of Vicidial (it's built-in to trunk now).

You can upgrade your Vicidial in that server, but you'll lose the pretty goautodial agent screen. On the other hand, you'll gain a lot of the new stuff (including QC).

Or you can just install with Vicibox instead of GoAuto and it will take you all the way up to latest trunk just by installing.

It is possible to install just QC, but not from the Vicidial servers, and it is only available for specific Vicidial Versions (others may require a bit of tweaking to the DIFFs to get a clean installation). And beware that the upgrade path using that version is not perfect either as there were a few changes that may affect upgrade down the road to the built-in QC from the DIFF file version before QC became part of Vici.
