a simple vicidial installation

HI

I am new to Vicidial but not new to asterisk. I have just managed to install vicidia.

I can login to admin page and I have created a user, phone, campaign and list with a few leads. when I try to login to the web-client through
http://192.168.0.220/agc/vicidial.php
I get this error: Sorry, there are no available sessions

Is there an step by step howto for setting up Vicidial for autodial?
I am going to use this application for telemarketing so I have no conference or inbound call.

This is covered in the SCRATCH_INSTALL document, you most likely sis not put in the vicidial_conferences entries for your server_ip.
