vicidial and Vtiger CRM Integrations

Just a general question please,

I want vicidail / goautodial /vicibox to pull list from a certain filter of organization from vtiger. how I can do that please help.
and when make phone calls, certain fields from vTiger will be pulled out, get updated back to vtiger, and be able to add contacts and create new opportunities in vTiger.

Please guide, I will be very thankful to all of you.

depends a lot on your version of vTiger and your installation method. Also: vicidial will not "pull" from anything except the vicidial list table, so you really want to run a query that will copy your "i want to call these" phone numbers into the vicidial list table, properly assigned to a list that is in a campaign with your call settings.

not exactly a "quick fix". does your Vicidial actually work yet? (and how did you install it?):

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

My vtiger CRM 5.4.0 is installed on some other windows OS system. its a dedticated server also.
I have installed GoAutoDial 2.1 on another deteacted server, for more info here it is VERSION: 2.4-309a

It means I have to have all the leads in vicidial list and in my vtiger database table both. ?
I know a bit about sync the vicidial with vtiger under the system settings on vicidial/goautodial.

Please guide more so I can learn and implement it,

The existing vTiger integration is designed for vTiger 5.1 (not 5.4). So you'll need to modify the sync script for the updated version or downgrade or build a new sync script.

Sorry, that's not so much a "guide" thing as it is a "you must learn to program in that language" thing. The vicidial.php script at /srv/www/htdocs/agc (in Vicibox ...) or wherever your "Agent login page" is in your goautodial installation has a great deal of integration that's in need of updating to bring it up to version 5.4. Not a quick solution I'm afraid. If you know PHP it's just "production". If you don't know PHP, well that's a bit more than just production.

I know PHP but not the master of it, let me check it with /agc/vicidial.php file. and

one more question pls, If I installed vicibox instead of GoAutoDial, does it help me in using Vtiger 5.4 version without making any change in vicidial.php file ?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news: vTiger support in Vicidial was dropped a good time ago (ie: when vTiger was at 5.1). Which means no matter which distro of vicidial you use (scratch, vicibox, goautodial), you will not have any different integration code. It will all be old and no longer supported. I can't say whether old (2.2,2.4) or new (2.6) would be any different at all, but it's not improved since the older code as support was dropped.

We generally used SugarCRM at PoundTeam, but we also have done some deeper integration with Both vTiger and SugarCRM for various clients. So far no one has asked us to 'help out' the integration with vTiger since vTiger 5.2, and that was a long time ago.
