Win Messenger for softphone

I feel that Windows Messenger is giving better voice quality than x-lite. Anyone know how to test this *feeling* more scientifically , ?

Also what soft phones are people using the most with vicidial for windows clients?

eyebeam perhaps. but with xlite I never had a problem with it even with the call quality.

but the call quality have some factors in it like

1) quality of the headsets.
2) quality of your network
3) load of the agent's computer. This really happens.

Channelbanks with analog phone is quite clearer than using softphones.
