No leads on hopper on this campaign

Hi guys,

I've configured and working the multiserver configuration, but now, I've a problem with the hopper, the agents log in to vicidial, but no leads are on the hopper.

If I ran the script /home/cron/AST_VDhopper.pl -q , the leads are added to the hopper, but 5 seconds later , the hopper is empty again without sending calls (I'm using manual calls, the autodialer is off).

That right there tells you that no leads were added to the hopper..

Confirm that your list has dialable leads and that its active and assigned to the campaign you want..

Yes, I've active lists with dialabe numbers (these lists were working on the single-server configuration).

There is important the GMT or lead dates parameters?

Check the list from the vicidial/admin.php interface..


ensure there are DIALABLE leads.. make sure your NEW's have not been called and that they are in NOT CALLED.

If they are in CALLED reset the list dispositions..

Both lists have leads on NOT CALLED status.
The hopper perl script detects 16 leads on my 199 test list, and add these lead to the hopper, but, I said before, the leads are deleted within 5 seconds from the hopper table.

Is just an idea, are the leads GTM setup correctly?

Did you run the scrip ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl ?

I ran the GMT script, but the problem is still happening.

What is the output of the ASTVDauto screen?

You say that the 16 leads are deleted within 5 seconds of insertion into the hopper. If you AST_VDauto_dial.pl script is not running do you have any idea how they are being removed?

i was using 125.22.242.191 ip before but i chnaged to different ip now..i cahnged the new ip in all places..i have vicidial admin as well as vicidial user page but i couldnt find any lead in the hopper
