I have installed go autodail 64 bit ver but i have found that the installation is ok but from ther web interface if i upgrade anything it is not upgrading in the backend. Can any one suggest anything.

If any thing added from GUI it is not updating in the back end file.

I am having the same issue, i installed in it successfully one week ago ( 20th Jan 2013 )but when i am trying to install it today facing the same issue.
I used the centos 5.8 last time but with the same centos 5.8 can not install it now.
Can any one advice.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.
