Urgent ! Success calls being called several Times!!

Postby ahouari » Thu Jan 17, 2013 11:25 am

Hello everyone,
I have a very painfull issue: leads that have a Success status (campaign specific Sale status) are called again and again (ratio method) , which of course annoys them, and distorts my daily reporting to my client, am I missing a parameter? I added a Dnc=y to this status to ensure that it is not calling again, but is still doing it. Please help anyway you can, I am in trouble!

Thanks in advance for your help.
Amine.

always post your Vicidial Version with Build.

Please post "support" questions in "support" not "features". LOL (I'll move this one).

Do you have lead recycling on? IF so, turn it off now and never do that again (it's not used). If not, please check one of these leads (lists->search for a lead) and check the history of calls for that lead. Verify also that the Campaign's dialable statuses do not include "SALE".

Thanks,
So I checked all of the above, and turned off lead recycle. I forgot to mention it is also still calling back CBHOLD leads before the scheduled date and time.
Thanks in advance for your help. I am lost, it was working fine for several weeks and nothing changed. I only have one list in the system, and only one active campaign, so it cannot pull the leads from anywhere else. I am wondering if there is a way to completely refresh the system and start from new, new campaign, new list etc ?
Amine.

Can you list dialable statuses do you have selected to dial in the campaign?

Yes, in the campaign Basic View, I have:
Dial Status 1: INCALL - Lead Being Called
Dial Status 2: RAPPEL - RAPPEL (equivalent of INCALL, client specified)
Dial Status 3: ERI - Agent Error
Dial Status 4: DROP - Agent Not Available
Dial Status 5: NEW - N

As you can see, my SALE (SUCCES) and CBHOLD statuses are not included.

Thanks,
Amine.

INCALL shouldnt be in there though. What is probably happening is the hopper is loading the INCALL leads before it is changed to the SALE status.

You probably want the following dispos being dialed.

Dial Status 1: NA - No Answer AutoDial
Dial Status 2: N - No Answer
Dial Status 3: AM - Answering Machine Sent to Mesg
Dial Status 4: AL - Answering Machine Msg Played
Dial Status 5: AB - Busy Auto
Dial Status 6: AA - Answering Machine Auto
Dial Status 7: A - Answering Machine
Dial Status 8: B - Busy
Dial Status 9: NEW - New Lead

so what is happening is that your INCALL (which is already speaking with an agent, but not yet sold) is being put into the hopper (while talking to an agent! LOL). Then the agent makes the sale and then the call is made from the hopper. Interesting. LOL

Do not just load items into the "dialable status list" unless you know why you are doing it. 8-)

For instance: Do not put "DNC" in there. Bad idea.

They sell the system to a customer and have no idea from the real basic stuff - lol
That's so crazy...

Best regards

I just removed the INCALL status from the list. However, initially, when I made the first post, I only had ERI, DROP, NEW as dialable calls, and in trying to fix the issue I added all the others in the list above. I will see what happens now.
Thanks,
Amine.
