Basically many times a lead calls us back from a different number than what we have on the list records. So I like to have my agents be able to search for the phone number or email so we can match the call to the correct lead, and when the disposition is logged it does it under the lead ID we have on the database. Is this possible now, and I am just missing something from agent screen or a campaign setting ?
