IVR greetings is looping

Hi,

is there a way to set how many times the IVR will play? like for example if a caller calls, they will hear a Busy tone after hearing the IVR 3 times.

Always remember to post your Vicidial version with build. You have posted your ViciBOX version (4.0.1) which is the installer version, but not the actual vicidial version with build. Keep tryin'.

Menu Repeat - This field is where you define the number of times that the menu will play after the first time if no valid choice is made by the caller. Default is 1 to repeat the menu once.
