AST_VDhopper.pl problems loading leads (HELP)

leads are not loading properly in our vicidial. active calls are not adding into our hopper. it will only be added if we run a script /usr/share/astduiclien/AST_VDhopper.pl -q . Thats the only thime calls are coming in and will be available to the agents.. it's really annoying that we need to run the script every minute just to maintain the call flows.. please help!

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) Do you have at least 7 (perhaps 10) screens running?

Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.40GHz
MemTotal: 1035016 kB
MemFree: 14020 kB

screen -list result: 8 sockets.

Just a follow up.
the at first im not getting any live calls going to my vicidiall.. after reading some forum i step into this code /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl -q which helps me get the calls to the agents but i need to run this scrpt again and again because just after few minutes the calls will not load again . i need to run the script again. please advise. im realy new in asterisk. thank you!
