I do not really understand what you are trying to ask, to force a reinstallation of a perl module, just go into cpan and add "force" in front of install command.
For instance:
force install Net::Server
For instance:
force install Net::Server

Actually my question is hoe to reinstall perl modules that is I have installed perl modules in asterisk and it shows error in perl modules.I thought of reinstalling perl modules I dont know how to do it.Pls help me to solve this issue... 
If i type this command
perl -MCPAN -e shell
It is installing in CPAN1.I want to do this in in CPAN module that is old CPAN...
Please help me solve this..
