vtiger crm integration with vicidial

i am using the GoAutoDial CE 2.1
and vicidialadmin:
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

asterisk version:1.4.39.1
vtiger CRM 5.1.0

i want to know how to configure vtiger with vicidial. i have added in system settings in vicidial. and defined the web form:http://server ip/vicidial/vtiger_search.php

after that i have uploaded the leads in the lead list. then after what is the procedure to do. please help me

have you installed vtiger and pushed the button in the admin->system settings to sync users?

yes. i have installed vtiger CRM 5.1.0 and i have synchronized the users. when ever login in to the agent screen, after getting the call on agent screen i just click the webform
that lead is stored in vtiger crm. and that user is added in vtiger users list.

but here in vtiger campaigns are not created automatically. what we created in vicidial campaign.?

vTiger email campaigns are not related to vicidial "dialing" campaigns, if that is what you refer to.

I found the webform module the best way to add leads etc. to vtiger. Create the webform via html editor and just drop the code in your script via iframe. You can even prepopulate webform with customer details .Check help button in scripts for more info.
