Hi,
Does anyone know if you can adjust the delay that a campaign will try and alternative number using auto_alt_dial ?
At the moment it seems to try an alternative number after 5 minutes, but we want to extend that period.

There is no delay currently, and adding a configurable delay would be a rather significant project considering all of the places where the auto-alt-dial code exists.

if you switch to the multi-lead you could likely use a filter to omit any with a matching vendor_lead_code that has been dialed in the last XX minutes. i think. although it may load the server a bit.
