Im a bit confused, im running the new version 2.2 and im seeing carrier stats and cancel is rapidly moving upwards. Does anybody know what does CANCEL mean on the carrier stats on the real-time screen?

CANCEL means that the dial timeout was hit and ViciDial hang up on the call without receiving an answer.
What do you have your dial timeout set to for your campaign?

That should mean that every CANCEL that shows up is a call that was ringing for 25 seconds, then the system hung up on the call.
