Blended, manual campaign

Hi!

I have a client running GoAuto VERSION: 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642 on a single server with up to 50 agents across mutlitple campaigns.
Question:
Is it possible to have a manual dial campaign recieve inbound calls from a DID, probably using an IN-GROUP or other?
Problem:
I cannot apply "Allow Inbound and Blended" to an existing manual dial campaign. The Vicidial manual states "anything except for MANUAL" can be used when creating an inbound campaign. My suggestion to the client in the mean time is to have dedicated phones in another campaign for these inbound calls because of this limitation.

Any advice on the reason there is a limitation for this will be appreciated.

Update:
I got away with setting the manual dial campaign to ratio method without any leads allocated and the blended functionality works with no problems so far!

Therefore, Allow inbound and blended is only possible with Dial Method > RATIO.

Dial Method InboundMan is available in later versions. Upgrade if you do not have it. Or log agents in as "Closers" in earlier versions with blended NOT checked. Then they will get inbound and can still make manual outbound but no autodialing will occur.

Also: A good idea to mention which Version of GoAutodial was used for installation. The Vicidial version is absolutely required, so it's great you posted it, but having the installer Version also is quite helpful. At present there are only two releases of GoAutoDial: 2.0 and 2.1
