Good Day,
I client gave as a US number to call and after the call goes through we have to enter a series of numbers like local number or like a session code to be directed to the correct conference line. But when we key-in the numbers the call gets disconnected at once ,Isn't it just like key-in choices on IVR's because when i try to call a IVR I can successfully key-in number choices what can cause this?. We just dial it directly from a SIP phone not from agent gui.
Thanks

Agents are not expected to enter DTMF tones from their phones. There is a DTMF field on the agent screen for this purpose.
