Vicidial hoourly report

Good Day,

I would like to ask for help on how to pullout reports for agents hourly report of calls not as a whole day which our vicidial currently has. I read the following posts :

( I'm not sure if the managers are willing to pay so I will skip this one )

Export the call report to Excel and then you can group that report any way you like.

Yep william , that's the current process that were using exporting and sorting in excel , so in our case that will be the best way to go ? thanks for your response

Unless you want to modify the report to all for hourly breakdown, or write your own report in mysql ... that's pretty much as close as it gets.

You could also consider modifying the hourly summary to include detail, but once again ... it's close but not exactly what you are looking for.

ok , I may try to do an upgrade but I'll test first on virtualbox, because my first try of upgrading wasn't such a good experience , I followed the upgrade guide from 2.2 - 2.6 , It stated that i need to upgrade sequentially 2.2 - 2.4 -2.6 or something . I tried upgrading to 2.4 first and used the right upgrade package but it went directly to 2.6 rendering the install unusable .

the only upgrade that must be sequential is the sql data. everything else jumps straight to the final version.
