1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) Your English is fine :)

3) Newbie suggestions (since it is obvious you are new here!):

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

4) Do you have a firewall between the servers? If so, shut it down and test again. If you are using iptables, just stop the service to shut down the firewall (on ALL machines, just to be safe for the test, obviously do not leave it down long ...).

If you installed with Vicibox and have OpenSuSE:

yast firewall

There is an option on this page to stop the firewall. It will restart on reboot or you can just start it again after the test.

Also be sure IP forwarding is running on the machines in question. But without knowing how you installed and/or clustered .. this is not easy to troubleshoot. :)

Hi, sorry I hope I did not wrong, correct me, I changed my signature.
Thank you for your time I had already asked this in the past, but with poor results.
I thought it was a general problem with the installation, but now I have an installation clean.
I checked if the server's firewall was active vici2 infatto it was! The others have already disabled.
I proceeded to turn it off I look forward to bring all those involved to make a test.
I'll let you know how it works, I have followed all the instructions in the installation manual and the manual CLUSTER.

thanks for the help

You should note that the cluster manual is not necessary when using Vicibox 4 (or 3 for that matter) as the installation system will cluster for you. Although it may be a good reference if you have a problem with the cluster, I have yet to have any clients who have any problems with clustering using Vicibox 4.
