Drop Lockout & Filters

Hi Guys

Following on from part of an unrelated post in features where william mentioned a feature I wasnt aware of and that was the filters, and specifically the ability to block from re-calling a certain dispoition for a specific length of time.

Which came onto the topic of DROP call filtering. Now I have looked at the Filters section and found one for 72Hour Drop Block, now I have never selected this for my campaigns and have always just set the Drop Lockout Time to 72 hours. Now does that mean the filter for 72hourdrop has been depreciated in favour of the setting in campaign or does that merely invoke that filter?

That filter came before the campaign feature was added. Now it is just there as an example of how you can filter out a specific status for a period of time.
