System settings blank after svn update

Hey everyone.
I updated to the latest svn release last night, and I'm having some issues.
Specifically:
system settings is blank, and won't accept anything I put in.
Leads don't display on the left menu in Vici Admin, nor do they show in campaigns. They do however show when selected from the top bar in the Campaign real-time view.

Update steps:
SVN up
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_backup.pl --debugX --without-db --without-web (DB on separate server)
mysql -h 10.0.0.15 -u vicidbadmin -pPassword asterisk < /usr/srv/astguiclient/trunk/extras/upgrade_2.6.sql
perl ./install.pl
Rebuild server conf files
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_area_code_populate.pl --purge-table --debug
Reboot

It looks like something didn't get updated in SQL, but I'm unsure how to troubleshoot further.

And solved.
The above mysql command had missed the -f
