vicibox login problem

ViciBox Redux v.4.0.1 released Asterisk version 1.4.44 vici mysql version .5.5.28
There are screens on:
2464.ASTVDautoFILL (Detached)
2461.ASTfastlog (Detached)
2449.ASTlisten (Detached)
2443.ASTupdate (Detached)
2350.asterisk (Detached)
2341.astshell20130311172129 (Detached)
6 Sockets in /var/run/screens/S-root.
after power outage agents are unable to login there is no session available.
Please help me to solve this problem

If you click on the Real-time screen for the campaign they were logged into before the power outage does it show them as still being logged in?

If so you need to click on each name in the list and click emergency log out.

Why sockets are 6 while these were 10 when system was working properly
