Hi,
We are having lots of problem with 3way calls.
1. I ve set Transfer-Conf Number 1 as the number of the TPV. Agent is now is engaged in a call and ready to 3way the customer to TPV, agent now will press trans-call then D1. after D1 number is not showing. any thoughts about this? this happens once in a while i just tell them to logout login after the call
2. Agent is engaged in a call and ready to call TPV. press trans-call then D1 to show TPV number, then dial with customer is not clickable. I am lost here to why it is not clickable
3. same process as #2 but now it is clickable, after pressing dial with customer, the call is not pushing at all,
