Can we use a different browser other than Mozilla? or is it the best practice to use Mozilla for agent's login?
We are having issues with some of our agents on Mozilla's "work offline". If it is checked you wont receive any calls but on monitoring your still on "resume", I think some agents knew about it and they are doing this to avoid calls. What can you advice? We cannot monitor them every minute so maybe there is a workaround for this.

I believe vicidial works on current versions a
Of most browsers.

There used to be a memory leak issue with Internet explorer but that has been fixed for a while

We use Firefox mainly but have had no issues with chrome either.

We have rooms using IE, but honestly it makes no difference how you work it. If the agents are trying to steal from you and you don't fire one "as an example" as soon as you discover the theft, you will never resolve this issue. There will always be another way to steal from you and they will take advantage of it at the first opportunity (now that you have trained them that it's "ok" to steal from you).

My programmer created a monitoring that logged agents if they went online/oflline on mozilla.
Now we can monitor all the agents.

i still say you need to fire one of them to be sure they understand the implications of "not working" while being paid = theft = you got fired. Seriously.
