CPAN error

i am using slackware 10.2

perl verion is perl 5.8.7

i am following astguiclient scrach install

problem in installing

cpan> install Bundle::CPAN
cpan>install Net::Server
cpan> install Spreadsheet::ParseExcel
all other cpan are ok

after installtion when i use CRM error is showing

> Noone is in your session: 8600051

i can't dial

Please post the errors that you see when you try to install those.
