How to insert filter?

Please anyone help me out how to insert filters for the list?

I want the DNC numbers not to be dialed for the second time

For that i have to insert filter the leads...

I don't know how to insert filters.Please tell me the SQl command used in filter tab.

there is a option in campaign page to not to dial dnc numbers . Why dont u use that ? . Once agent click dnc then lead wont be dialle agan if that option is selected .

Within the campaign view there is an option to "Use Internal DNC" if you have that set to "yes" then it should not dial numbers you've associated as DNC.
