Agent Auto Log Out at 1 AM

Hi All

Hope your all are doing well….!!!

I am facing problem that agents are auto logout at one AM, I have checked and found these two cron commands are running at daily 1 AM , so I want to know should we run this on weekly basis or once in tow day or three day. Or any other solution so that agent will not log out.


### reset several temporary-info tables in the database
2 1 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl

### optimize the database tables within the asterisk database
3 1 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_DB_optimize.pl

You can run those cron jobs at any time of the day. move them to a moment when you are not using the server. Break time?

But we are using 24*7 all agent are not going on break at same time. that why asked sall we run this weekly..

I guess you'll find out. LOL Turn them off and see if the server has any problems for the next week. Or you could look inside to see the queries run and see if you can modify them to "spread out" a bit instead of running all at once. I have not looked deeply enough into either one to detail what they do. If you get lucky, Matt will stop by and say hi. Otherwise, you'll need to find out what the involved queries do.
