Text-to-speech option not available in ADMIN menu

I have purchased and installed Cepstral TTS Allison voice on Goautodial at the default location. I received a message that the installation was successful.

Now I wish to setup a broadcast campaign using TTS. However, I cannot see the option 'Text to Speech' in the ADMIN menu.

How do I make it appear there ?

Admin -> System Settings -> Enable TTS Integration
