Hi,
Can ViciDial identify when a number is bad? ie, if a landline is our of service or unobtainable or when a mobile number is also bad?
There is a bad number auto disposition but we never have any bad numbers, the problem is that as these numbers are never removed from our calling lists this lessens the chances of dialling a valid number. Our hosted supplier has in the past said that this was not possible, however, I have never worked with a dialler that does not have some form of bad number identification capability.
Our version is :
VERSION: 2.4-344c BUILD: 120403-1204

There is a new method of detecting Disconnects in the latest trunk. Discussion:
http://www.eflo.net/VICIDIALforum/viewt ... 25&p=94002Summary: Upgrade and activate it in system settings! Then set your dial timeout above 45 seconds to allow "DC" tones to play (which slightly precedes the DC status/Congestion reason being sent back through the channel).
