Notify Agents on Incoming Call

Hey everyone,

I want to setup some of my users to be on-hook agents.

The issue I have right now is notifying them that they have an incoming call without them staring at the Vici interface. The only way I know of is displaying the Calls in Queue number and giving them the option to view the calls in queue.


Is there another way to notify them of an incoming call? popup? sound? etc.

Um ... on-hook agents will experience a ringing phone! LOL that's the definition of an on-hook agent. :)
