OutBound Campaign

Hello to everybody
I am new on Vicidial I just installed it on my own Call Center and I am needing a little bit of help with this I installed GoAutodial with Version 2.2.1-237 Build 100510-2015
I created a campaign the agents logs in correctly receives the calls but the client on the other side hear a message and I want to remove this message I tried a lot of things and I am tired and stressed :( can anyone assist me on setting up this problem!

if you modified the "routing exten" or "campaign vdad exten" to broadcast a message, click on the ( ? ) next to that field and you'll find that changing it back to 8368 will remove the outbound survey message. if, however, that is not the case you may want to be a little more specific about "client on the other side hear a message" ... by specifying the message being heard and/or showing asterisk command line output from an instance of the issue which will contain details you may not be able to convey easily.

Solved the problem was that I set the "Campaign VDAD exten" on 8369 now I put it on 8365 and the call go to the first operator free...
