Postby haz » Mon Apr 01, 2013 7:58 am

Hello
Is there a function in Vicidial that allow searching records by order or any other disposition status?
How do you solve this issue?

Yes, go to Lists-> Search for a Lead -> and there you'll see an option to find by status.

what method of search are you using? what screen are you on while you are searching?

And ... since you have not included any version information about your system, I'll assume you are a newbie and in desperate need of some newbie suggestions, so here they are:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

Hello William
thanks for quick answer.
first here is my test server information:
Vicibox 4.0.3 from ViciBox.x86_64-4.0.3.preload.iso | VERSION: 2.6-394a, BUILD: 130130-1207 | Asterisk 1.4.44-vici | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel XXXX | Xeon 1.8Ghz 2 cores (HP ML110G5)

Second: i realised that i made a mistake in my post i wrote records and i wanted to write recordings.
I need to know if there this a function to search for audi recordings based on disposition (Sale, NI ...) or telephone number and so on?

Regards

there is a script in /usr/share/astguiclient designed to copy "SALE" recordings to an ftp site. Obviously this script could be altered for many purposes.

Also, Quality Control can be used to build a list of records based on disposition and click on each of them in order for the purpose of reviewing the record and listening to the recordings and then dispositioning with a QC disposition (such as QCPASS/QCFAIL/QCCANCEL), which is what Quality Control is all about. It even allows the QC agent to click-to-dial the prospect and to send the QCFail records back to the originating agent for re-calling the prospect to finish an incomplete sale (ie: get the missing information, or correct a mistake in a verification recording ...).
