Hi Friends,
i have set it up the Caller ID in the Campaign, but after making calls for outgoing it is not display the caller id number. the customer said he get the blog number not for which have setup in the caller ID.
please help me to setup the Caller ID and Name. and that should display on the customer screen.

Please post your installation method (could be important on a question like this).
How did you dial the number? Agent pressed Resume and the autodialer for the campaign dialed it? Or In a logged in agent's Vicidial Screen? Or straight on the soft phone or IP phone? If your call was manual dial from an agent's screen, there is a setting for manual dial callerid in the campaign. If you dialed straight from a phone, the phone's callerid may be used (although you have an older version, so you may need to upgrade for that to work ...).
Consider upgrading. 2.4 has many new features and 2.6 has even more.

thank you for your replay,
in my campaign page i have option called campaign caller ID, there i given the phone number. but we are dialing present as a manual calling(from agent logged screen). and as you said that there is no option like manual dial caller ID in the campaign. please help me how to setup the caller Id for manual dialing from the agent login screen.

First try to set the callerid for the Phones, but I'm not sure if your version has this option. Then you can try manually setting the callerid before the agi request in your carrier:

unless you are dialing in canada, you cannot set callerid name yourself. only your carrier can do so.

thank you for your replay,
after placing the caller ID number as you said that: exten=>_1NXXNXXXXXX,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=6085551212) in to my extension.conf file. even that also it is not displayed the our number, it shows the our ISP account number for the customer side...
please help me to solve..

seems like the carrier is altering your caller id. you'll need to discuss that with them. if they are, you can't change it. you may be able to alter it on the carrier's website.
