For some reason the gmt_offset_now for an Alabama lead is set to -5 in vicidial_list. Their phone code is "1" and phone_number is "256xxxxxx". GMT_offset in vicidial_phone_codes is -6 for this area code.
We run the ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl script with the --list-settings flag. The time_zone_setting for this list is "COUNTRY_AND_AREA_CODE". Here's the debugX for this area code:
