Moving leads from one server to another

What is the quickest most efficient way of doing this? I want to keep all their statuses, last call time, called count, etc EVERYTHING possible.

We just setup 5 new servers in our cluster and I gotta get leads off this other server and spread them around to our new bad boy toys.

I've searched for like 2hrs with no luck anywhere on how to do this...
