Force telephony server to dial even without agent

Hi Vicidial Group,

Is it possible to force a telephony server to dial even without agent logged in on that server?

This is kinda related to this topic i raised: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=25660

Couldnt you just create a remote agent to be a place holder?

Thanks for your suggestion Acidshock ...

But its more of like i wanna have Telephony Servers with Trunks and No Agents to fetch leads and dial then when connected, pass the call to Telephony Servers without Trunks and With Agents ...

I'm thinking maybe there's a script that Vicidial Group made to do this stuff and put in cron or have it SCREENed ...

In which case the Telephony Servers that you want to send the calls to become the Remote Agents. That is actually what remote agents are for, and why Remote Agents can have multiple lines. So you can have a room with 23 agents in a different country which is actually just a single "Remote Agent" with 23 lines. Exactly what it is for. And the remote agent even has a special login so they can change the number of lines they have and/or activate/deactivate themselves at will (you can have a manager handle the remote agent login without access to the rest of vicidial for security reasons).
