Hi there,
There is an option in vicidial to transfer the call to local closer, but the issue is it only does blind transfer.
What we want is to first park customer and speak to closer, then complete the transfer of call by transferring the line to closer.
Please let me know if there is any option available in vicidial.

Set your campaign to allow inbound calls.
Select the Inbound Groups.
Agent should pick the inbound groups so agent can receive inbound calls
for the agent that will transfer the call
Click conf/trans
Click Agents
Select agent
click Dial with customer

thanks for your reply... but i don't find any agent button while transfer.

also selecting the consultative transfer checkbox is handy. This combined with "park customer dial" and then "grab parked call" when ready and "leave 3-way call" when ready usually does the trick ... IF your version of Vicidial is recent enough, which means you may need to upgrade to 2.4 or 2.6 for it to work properly. You can always build a server in a VMware instance to test this theory.
