Press1 survey, OPTIN not working.

This is our config on survey. We've been trying to make this work but still no luck.

Survey DTMF Digits: 1#*
Survey Not Interested Digit: *
Survey No-Response Action: OPTIN

When Survey No-Response Action is in OPTIN, It drops the call and does not go to the Survey Method even if 1 or # is pressed.

whenever you are creating a survey type campaign, always begin with the "stock" survey and be sure everything works. once you have determined that the "default" settings work, make one change at a time and test after each change. eventually it will all work, or you'll find a bug (so far, no bugs, but a lot of "learning" has happened).
