basic installations

Hi.. can any one help me out??
Am new to vicidial, i have downloaded vicibox server from vicibox page which is open SUSE 32 bit standard. I completely dono how to install after downloading. Am using ubuntu 32 bit OS. i have downloaded the server as an iso image.. please help me out guys..
my server version as follows

there is a PDF on vicibox.com. you will begin by booting from the .iso. it will completely delete the information on your existing machine. you will not be using ubuntu any more, it will delete that and install opensuse and all necessary software for vicidial to work.

after you finish installation with the PDF from vicibox.com, you will use the Vicidial Manager's Manual (from EFLO.net) to configure the system. do not skip anything in the Vicidial Manager's Manual. Start from page one and work your way through to 'completely functional system". When you hit a bump ... bring us the Manual version, page, and line number along with a detailed description of your challenge.

i have done something but i couldn't find the right way..
what i have to do aftear downloading vicibox server.???
whether i have to download vicidial astguiclient_2.4rc2 or burn that iso and continue booting??
guys please help me out..
i have downloaded vicibox server before one weeek.. but not able to install it..

the pdf on vicibox.com should describe the process quite thoroughly, but it starts with:


download the .iso image

use an iso burner to image that download to a CD

boot your server from the CD

at this point you'll need to refer to the install pdf from vicibox (i'm not going to reprint the whole thing here, lol, but if the beginning part was somehow confusing, this will get you going!).
