can I dial all lists in a campaign evenly without list mix?

When I have multiple lists active in a campaign they do not dial the same amount of numbers evenly. What algorithm does Vici use? Is there an easier way to dialer all the lists evenly with out using List Mix?

We've used Random forever and it seems to work very well. Unless you only have 100 leads in each list, I guess.

Thanks William, we reset the campaign lists automatically twice a day and add new leads so we use "Down Count" or "Down Count 4th New" to the least dialed leads. When we used Random we found the hopper with lots of leads that have been dialed up to 34 times and new leads not dialed for days. Any other ideas or would this require a change to the engine code?

What also would work with Random is if there was a way for the system to auto detect when it is out of leads and automatically reset the lists at that time.

actually, we have written "auto-reset when empty" before and are doing so again for another client now.

obviously there are challenges with this (ie: when you have limited leads and call times and actually get very low on leads as call time restrictions kick in ... it is possible to have 10 leads left and call them ALL several times as the system continues to reset! LOL).

but ordering by count has its problems as well. especially if you reset regularly. new leads will get call repeatedly until they 'catch up' with the old leads. or new leads will never be called at all. depending on your setting choices.

we like random and use the called count limit to ignore those called more than 10 times.
