There are no leads in the hopper

Yes, i did now.

I understand how that works now, but now i have a different issue

All of a sudden i am getting the message "There are no leads in the hopper" when i try to login.

Nothing changes, it worked fine for 3 days, and then suddenly i get this message

i see that there are still leads to be called, and nothing changed in the system what can be the problem ?

Just to sort of continue contributing to this ticket, i see that one of my campaigns finished calling all the LEADS....now i am trying to force the campaign to recall all the leads i was not able to reach, dropped, and the ones that had answering machines.

But seems that whatever i do, i still get the same error message about no leads in the hopper....any ideas?

I tried, resetting the hopper, changing the calling order of the list (up, down..etc) adding leads to hopper, adjust auto dial levels...etc but all to no avail...need help urgently...

what linux you use and what version of vicidial you use?
do you have set Hopper Level: to 100 and more
do you have a probleme in your mysql if yes try to make repaire to all data base .
mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair --check --optimize --all-databases

Have you reset Lead-Called-Status for the lists in question?

Admin page-->Lists-->select list-->Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list: YES-->submit

You need to wait a minute or so for hopper script to start putting the reset leads into the hopper after performing the above.

that is suppose to happen, when you select Y and press submit a action will be executed that reset lead-called-status and when its done the value will be N again
