when you log in to the console (via keyboard or ssh remotely), there is a splash screen. Read this screen and follow the directions as if you had "changed" the IP from the wrong one you input to the one you actually want it to be.
It does not hurt to run this script several times with lots of IPs, as long as the "NEW" ip in each situation is actually an IP of a network interface presently on the server. If the server has had 8 different IPs in the last few weeks, running it once for each is fine. Even if you run it with IPs it has never had, that won't hurt.
And when done, reboot!
check your success with "screen -list" which should have 8 or more screens running after a reboot.
