I am using vicidial 2.1 inbound & outbound install in server core i5 2.8ghz ram 16gb harddisk 1TB with 15 workstation. I want to expaned my seats from 15 to 25 seats. My question is if i use secondary any asterisk server (core i3 2.4 ghz ram 4 gb & 1TB harddiak)& configure my voip id in that server as well as my main server call recording also save in that secondary server. Is it enough for me or not

Did you search for your issue in the forum and the vicidial manual ?
What is your vicidial version with build, and your installation method with version?

This is what the http://download.vicidial.com/iso/vicibox/server/ViciBox_v4-Install.pdf manual recommends:
In general, you can expect to get 25 outbound agents dialing 4:1 ratio or 50 inbound agents with 100
concurrent lines on a dedicated Telephony server using the standard hardware specification.

Notice, We do not recommend to have than 100 simultaneous calls in any telephony server. This is 25 agents 4:1 ratio.

My Vicidial version is 2.2 & my installation method is by iso of vicidial 2.2

I want to use one primary core i5 server & secondary server corei3 which i hv already explain before. In primary server i only use for inbound & outbound calling, recording etc. & in secondary server in configure Archive server & voip account entry in it for 25 t0 30 seats. I hv full knowledge of all clustering. I just want to know is it suitable for my 25 to 30 seats or not? Thanks

I recommend you try with 25 agents. I had up to 25 agents on a single dual core dell optiplex 330
