Could someone please tell me what is causing these calls to be listed as DEAD? We've apparently had this problem at one of our locations for quite some time.

Are you using a CLOSER campaign?

Do you have multiple servers?

What version of astguiclient?

Yes we have CLOSER campaign, but these calls aren't connected to closers.

Yes, we have multiple servers.

They show up properly on the AST_timeonVDADall.php report. Is this just a display bug?

Most likely, I have not looked at the closer-specific real-time script in a while and will probably depricate it eventually.
