Australian numbers not dialing!!

Postby mohankumar » Wed Mar 28, 2007 6:06 am

I am able to dial US numbers but when it comes to dial Australian numbers it says"This not a valid extension"

and this is my extension.conf
; International call
exten => _011.,1,Authenticate(14344)
exten => _011.,n,dial(${TRUNK}/00${EXTEN},,tor)
exten => _011.,n,busy()
exten => _011.,n,HangUp()

; dial a long distance outbound number
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNK}/00${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,n,Hangup

; dial a long distance outbound number to Australia
exten => _9XXXXXXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
;exten => _901161XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => _9XXXXXXXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNKX}/00${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _9XXXXXXXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup

where "00" is the dial prefix given by my SIP service provider.

did you set 901161 in dial prefix of your campaign? it seems like it dials 901124.. instead of 90116124...

make sure you have correct dial prefix in campaign settings that will match the prefix in extensions.conf

Normally sip provider dial prefix is 00

and i have added it in extension.conf.By default for all the camp the dial prefix is 9 in the campaign admin page.

I have also tried it with 0061,961,9061,901161 ...etc
But no use...

set the dial prefix 'X' in the australia camp and use this dial plane for aus

exten => _61XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _61XXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNK}/00${EXTEN},,tTo)
exten => _61XXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup

and also make the country code = 61 in u r leads

and while manual dialing dial like this way
61+9 digit number

not

961 +9 digit
