Hi

I am using vicidial 2.1 installayion with iso image server is core i7 16gb ram & 1 tb hard disk. I configure inbound & outbound in my dialer server it working fine. My VOIP account for inbound is user based but now i change my voip account to ip based meaning in my voip account i set routing to user base but now i change its routing to public ip address which ip address to i have configure in my server but i unable to receive call of inbound in asterisk cli it shows xxxxxxxxxxx extension not found. plz help its urgent

the IP address of the server sending your calls must be in an "Account Entry" and the entry must contain "context=trunkinbound"

please always post your Vicidial Version with Build and the .iso image Name that you used to install.

you should also read the manager's manual (from EFLO.net) to go step by step to set up your inbound carrier.

FYI: A lot of Vicidial service providers will set up an outbound carrier or inbound DID very inexpensively. We only charge $25 for a DID or outbound carrier setup. I don't think we're alone in that price range.
